So what are you doing in this picture? Where are you at? I see possibly two caribou coffee mugs.
Somebody must like red!

We were at a "Red" party (no communist stuff though). Amy, a friend of Banana, had gotten a red Kitchen Aid Artisan mixer for her birthday a few months prior, and she decided to paint and decorate her entire kitchen to match. You can see the red in the right side of the picture where the shelves are. So we had to all wear red (Banana's wearing a red tie of mine), and we just were feeling goofy and taking pictures. This was actually taken a month ago.

nice pic.

I was hoping more to get feedback from you on Roger Olson's article on post-conservative evangelical theology than on the work of McClaren. I've found McClaren to be a bit full of himself, though I think he does exhibit an irenic spirit.

dude, I don't need more commentaries on McClaren's book. I was hoping to hear back from you about Olson's essay.

Until Sept. 5th, I won't have time to really give this any attention. I have the Greek qualifying exam Sept. 2nd and our first Wedding Shower is Sept. 4th. If you remind me in about 10 days I'll get to it, but right now I have to study Greek like my life depended on it.
