Mt. Rainer behind downtown Seattle - taken from the Space Needle looking South. We had great weather and were able to capture pictures that are not often available with the Seattle weather. We visited the Space Needle the morning of the wedding with Jennifer and Ryan. Jennifer was Banana's roommate in college. We stayed in the Westin in downtown Seattle, and it was one of the nicest hotels that I have been in. The room had a fantastic view (we were 19th floor), the beds in the rooms are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff was curteous and everything was well kept and clean. The only drawbacks were the price and the long waits at the front desk for help. Banana had the opportunity to visit the original Starbuck's and purchased a special gift card to commemorate her visit. She really prefers Dunn Brothers and Caribou, but when in Rome...
