It actually went really well. Any place there was resistence or disagreement they put it on hold and prayed as a group (elders and deacons with staff) for a month and then came back to it. They all seemed to resolve themselves through this process. A few special exceptions were made, and everyone was happy with the final result. When it was completed we kicked off a membership push, as we had been growing at a significant rate, and had a considerable number of people who had not become members who we felt should.
